Becoming a dealer...

Dear Potential Dealer,

Thank you for your interest in our line of quality cutting tools. If you would like to become a dealer and set up an account with us, we will need the following items:

1. Copy of your current Business / Resale License

2. Federal Tax ID#

3. The below New Account Form completed and signed

NOTE: If your business is located in the state of Tennessee please include a Blanket Certificate of Resale.

The requested information may be returned either by email, faxed or mailed to our physical address listed above, Attention: New Accounts.

After we have received all required information and your references have responded accordingly, you will receive in the mail your Welcome Packet. (This could take up to 3 weeks depending upon the response time of your references.)

Your Welcome Packet will contain:

Approval Letter with your account number, terms and credit limit
Price sheet
Catalogs
